AffiPro Cookie & Tracking Policy

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

This Cookie & Tracking Policy explains how AffiPro uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites and Services. It should be read together with the AffiPro Privacy Policy.

Our web app uses strictly necessary browser storage for authentication, security, and remembering account or workspace state. The current app does not offer optional analytics or advertising-cookie categories in its interface. Our hosting provider may inject its own cookieless service telemetry, and pages may request fonts from Google Fonts; these providers receive standard connection data such as IP address and user-agent information when a browser requests those resources.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, web beacons, tags, SDKs, device identifiers, and server-side identifiers. AffiPro uses necessary browser storage to preserve authenticated sessions and selected workspace state. Browser storage used for authentication is not optional while using signed-in Services.

2. Categories We May Use

  • Strictly necessary: authentication/session storage, security state, and workspace preferences required for the requested Services.
  • Advertiser conversion tracking: businesses may separately deploy AffiPro tracking on their own websites. The business is responsible for its notices, consent controls, and lawful configuration. This is not an AffiPro website advertising-cookie category.

AffiPro does not currently expose optional analytics or advertising cookie categories on its own site. If optional technologies are introduced, we will update this Policy and implement any required choice mechanism before enabling them in jurisdictions that require prior consent.

3. AffiPro Conversion Tracking

Businesses may install an AffiPro JavaScript pixel or use our server-to-server API, postback, webhook, or SDK. These tools are not necessarily cookies; they can also transmit event information directly to AffiPro servers.

A typical referral flow may use a unique click ID or SubID to associate a creator's referral with a visitor. The system may use cookies or other first-party identifiers to preserve attribution across pages or sessions where configured.

AffiPro may process information such as click ID, campaign ID, creator/sub-ID, timestamp, IP address, user agent, page URL, referrer, event type, order ID, conversion value, and currency. Advertisers must configure the implementation lawfully and must not transmit prohibited sensitive information.

For AffiPro-managed affiliate redirects, Cloudflare-provided country and region may be saved with a click when available. The click ledger does not retain raw visitor IP. A keyed, one-way IP-derived fingerprint may be held for up to 24 hours solely to deduplicate eligible pay-per-click visits.

4. Consent and Control

Because the current AffiPro web app does not enable optional analytics or advertising cookies, it does not currently present an optional-cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will obtain prior consent where required, make refusal as accessible as acceptance, allow withdrawal, and retain appropriate consent records.

AffiPro does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through its own web app. If that changes, we will provide required opt-out controls and honor legally recognized universal opt-out signals where applicable.

5. Third-Party Technologies

AffiPro may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, security, payments, communications, customer support, and other services. Their technologies may set or access cookies or similar identifiers according to their own policies and contractual arrangements.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

  • If you install the AffiPro pixel, you are responsible for determining whether your use requires consent and implementing the appropriate consent-management mechanism.
  • Do not place the AffiPro pixel on pages or in contexts that expose sensitive information to AffiPro unless expressly approved.
  • Update your privacy policy and cookie notice to describe your use of AffiPro tracking.
  • Honor applicable opt-out or universal opt-out signals.
  • Use server-to-server tracking where appropriate for stronger attribution and to reduce unnecessary browser-side data collection.

7. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow users to block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary authentication storage prevents sign-in and may impair the Services. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email [email protected].

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as technologies, legal requirements, or our Services change.
