1.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Usage information such as searches, clicks, page views, features used, login events, campaign interactions, and error logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and other identifiers, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Security and fraud information such as login attempts, suspicious activity indicators, device signals, and authentication events.
1.3 Information From Third Parties and Public Sources
AffiPro may receive information from payment processors, identity/KYC providers, analytics providers, social networks, business information providers, referral partners, advertisers, creators, and publicly available websites or social profiles. For creator discovery and matching, we may process publicly available professional or social-profile information such as public name, handle, profile URL, audience/category indicators, public engagement metrics, public contact information, and publicly visible content, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
Where a business uses AffiPro to recruit creators or track conversions on its website, the business may provide or cause AffiPro to receive end-user event data through the AffiPro tracking pixel, server-to-server API, postback, webhook, SDK, or similar technology.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Create and administer user accounts and profiles.
- Match creators with relevant Opportunities using rules, analytics, and AI-assisted systems.
- Create, manage, track, attribute, validate, and report campaign outcomes.
- Process subscriptions, campaign funding, commissions, payouts, refunds, and disputes through AffiPro and third-party payment providers.
- Communicate with users about accounts, campaigns, transactions, support, security, product updates, and marketing where permitted.

- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
- Develop and improve matching, recommendation, attribution, fraud-prevention, and other platform functionality. We will not use customer personal information for unrelated purposes where prohibited by applicable law or contractual restrictions.
3. AffiPro Tracking Pixel and Conversion Data
Advertisers may install an AffiPro tracking pixel or use our server-to-server conversion API, postbacks, webhooks, or other tracking tools on websites or applications they control. These tools can associate a visitor interaction with an AffiPro click or referral identifier and report conversion events to AffiPro.
Depending on implementation, event data may include click ID, campaign ID, creator or sub-ID, event type, event timestamp, page or referral URL, IP address, user agent/device information, transaction or order ID, conversion value, currency, and other parameters configured by the advertiser. Advertisers must not send sensitive personal information to AffiPro through the pixel or conversion API unless expressly authorized in writing.
For AffiPro-managed affiliate redirects, Cloudflare-provided country and region may be stored with a click when available. The click ledger does not store the visitor's raw IP address. A keyed, one-way IP-derived fingerprint may be retained for up to 24 hours solely to deduplicate eligible pay-per-click events; it is not used as a general rate limit.
When AffiPro processes end-user event data solely on behalf of an advertiser, AffiPro may act as the advertiser’s service provider, processor, or other contracted data processor as defined by applicable law. The advertiser remains responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices, obtaining required consents, configuring the pixel lawfully, and determining the appropriate legal basis for tracking on its properties.
For AffiPro's own website and product, our use of non-essential cookies or similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy and may be subject to consent requirements depending on jurisdiction.
4. Legal Bases and Regional Privacy Rights
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we may process personal data on the basis of contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, or other lawful bases available under applicable law. Where consent is required for non-essential tracking or marketing, we will seek it through appropriate mechanisms.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, port, or withdraw consent for certain processing; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to appeal a privacy decision. You may also have rights under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and Colorado Privacy Act, where applicable.
California consumers may have rights concerning categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosures, and certain sale/share or targeted-advertising activities. Where required, AffiPro will provide a notice at collection and applicable opt-out mechanisms.
Where required by applicable law, AffiPro will recognize Global Privacy Control or other legally recognized universal opt-out signals for the activities to which those signals apply.
5. How We Share Information
Our current infrastructure providers include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery; Google Fonts for web fonts; and Stripe for Test-mode subscription checkout. Social sign-in or profile verification may involve the provider you select, such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok. Providers and purposes may change; material changes will be reflected in this Policy.
- Service providers and processors that host, secure, analyze, support, communicate through, or otherwise help us operate the Services.
- Payment and payout providers, including providers such as Stripe and Payoneer where used or integrated.
- Advertisers and creators as necessary to operate campaigns, matching, attribution, reporting, messaging, and payments. We do not provide advertisers with private creator information that is not needed for the relevant Service.
- Social-network or third-party integrations when you connect or authorize them.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing providers, and legal or compliance advisers where appropriate.
- Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Services.
- Business transferees in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- Other parties with your direction or consent.
AffiPro does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of that term. If an activity is considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under a jurisdiction's privacy law, we will provide the disclosures and choices required by that law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, and protect our legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Campaign and financial records may be retained longer than ordinary account data where necessary for accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.
When personal information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
7. International Transfers
AffiPro and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we will use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
9. Age Eligibility and Children
The Services are for people at least 18 years old. At registration and when required to accept updated terms, users must attest that they are at least 18. We record the attestation time and policy version; this self-attestation is not identity-document age verification. Do not create an account for a person under 18 or provide a child’s personal information to AffiPro. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend it and investigate deletion or other required action.
The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contacting us. Transactional, security, account, and service messages may continue when necessary to provide the Services. AffiPro's commercial email practices will comply with applicable requirements, including applicable anti-spam laws.
11. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. AffiPro is not responsible for third-party privacy practices outside our control.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective or last-updated date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
13. Privacy Requests and Contact
To request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or exercise another privacy right, email [email protected] with “Privacy rights request” in the subject. Include the account email, your country or state, and the specific request. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, government ID, or other sensitive documents. We may request proportionate information through a secure channel to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or extension.
